I am not sure I could live where those things lurk.
Refresh my memory. What kind of spider is that?
I think it's a huntsman. They can bite (but I think it's rarely and you have to be trying to grab them or step on them) but aren't poisonous. Mostly they just scuttle about and scare the bejesus out of you.
Actually, maybe it's a Wolf Spider - I think the body is too skinny to be a huntsman. Anyway, we only see them occasionally and they are more scared of us.
Ah. Thanks. The main ones I remember were the Red Back and the Funnel Web.
Here, we've got the Black Widow, looks a lot like the Red Back. That's the only potentially deadly one. The Brown Recluse can make you mighty sick though.
